Filled out questionaire never received what was promised

received the questionnaire and was excited to receive the trees and lilac bushes possibly the other gifts, never received anything. what is going on? if this happens all the time there should be investigation about this...or send the people who answered this and at least apologize to the many people who thought they were going to receive this. User's recommendation: be careful.
