File a formal complaint against a UPS Store employee-Who Attacked Me!

Date and Time of incident: 8/24/[protected] Store Location: 3540 Crain Hwy Bowie MD 20716 Description: I visited a UPS Store to make a return for Amazon. As I entered the store, the employee immediate said to me to come closer to the open register. Immediately and aggressively she asked me if my label was ready, as she was completing the previous customer. I said that it was ready. However, it was not loading. She asked me again and I had said that it was not loading. Meanwhile, she was on a personal phone call and she said that "I am ready to get up outta here." She did say that I needed to turn my wifi off. I did as I was told and the label came up. I then proceeded to let her know that the label was ready. I extended my hand out so she could scan the barcode for my return. She yelled at me and said to come closer. I said that I did not know, and that because she kept yelling and screaming at me, I had asked her what was wrong. She then asked me what was wrong with me? I said, "Ma'am, nothing is wrong with me, but you're yelling and screaming at me like there is something wrong." She then said was I a doctor to say that something was wrong with her. It was obvious that she was not happy and was taking it out on a customer. She yelled, screamed and was extremely rude. She verbally attacked me for no apparent reason. I then proceeded to say her name Le'Ora! I pronounced it as I read it LeOhhhRa! She then said that it Lay'Ora..Something like that. She kept badgering, yelling and rudely speaking to me as I was finishing my transaction. She slammed my receipt on the counter and she continued to disrespect, yelled and screamed at me until I exited the door. I was verbally attacked and suffered from an increased heart rate. I had to slow down my breathing to allow my heart rate to decrease to normal, before I drove myself home. In my opinion, I felt that she spoke to me in this matter due to a couple of reasons. One, I'm Asian. Two, she was not having a good day. Desirable Resolution: Two part request- 1. Employee Reprimand and Mandatory Training for Anger Management & Customer Service. 2. Monetary compensation for Pain & Suffering, Hardship.
