Hello there, I'm dealing with the forwarder company in TN, Nashville that Shipps products outside US, they are also have insurance field for products that shipped out. I'm dealing with them for couple of years, but, recently I have delivered damaged package that effect the item, that shipment was insured by me, and I have told them through emails and I upload them with the pics but they refuse to help.
