Bradford exchange takes over 30 days to process payments made online. During that time, they continue to send out notices of amount due on multiple items. You can total the items up and send off the payment, and when you ask why it takes to long to process, they say it was "lost in the mail", and resend. This has been done multiple times. They will return the payment indicating that it was not the amount needed, and to resend a different amount, and the next day they turn you over to collections for not paying for your products. I want 1 bill, to may the payment and have it processed timely, and then close all contact with Bradford. That means no more ads, brochures, enticements of any kind from them, and to remove me from collections for their poor payment processing
