Fibrestream – refusing to refund me
I am very disappointed with the service i received from fibrestream. I made an application for wifi installation. I was issued with the invoice for R499.00. I paid the invoice. After two days i called fibrestream asking when will the wifi be installed. I was told that they dont have coverage in may area. I was confused because before making a payment i called to confirm the invoice. I later ask them to cancel my account as i have paid for the service that they dont offer. When trying to cancel my account i was taken from post to post, finally i was transferred to operations, where i was told that the sales department should have check the coverage before issuing the part. And they were not going to help me. I later called and ask for my refund and i was told about non refund policy. They are not going to refund me even though they know that the service that i paid for, they cannot provide it. I was never told about this non refund policy when i make an application. They took my money knowing every well that they will not be providing a service that i paid for. Please assist me in getting my money back. I was robbed by this company and if they are not stopped they will continue to sell from innocent people Regards Maria 0828812749
