Female Maanger at Nerang Store not complying with current Covid Laws.

I still have not been contacted. Please contact me via this email: wraithcyber14@***.com I have left feedback and still have not heard from Hungry Jacks. Last time I visited the female manager did not wear a mask when talking to me, during Covid Lockdown - Mon, 2 Aug 21, 9:36am. - On numerous occasions I have witnessed this female manager not wearing her mask when the QLD Covid laws have made it mandatory. The other issue is when she basically called me a liar - without saying it directly to my face. Back ground: Fri 30 Jul 21, 7:52am. I was charged for and item I did not ask for and did not receive - order number 55. I rang Hungry Jacks Nerang on Fri 30 Jul 21, 8:17am to discuss what had happened, I spoke to a male voice (I now know to be Caleb, who is a male - when I checked my voice recordings on my phone) I was advised by Caleb to come back at my convenience and the mistake would be rectified. I visited the Nerang Hungry Jacks on Mon 2 Aug 21 at 9:36am, where I tried to rectify the mistake from my last order - I was confronted by the female manager who asked who I spoke to on Fri, I said a male voice (I did not know his name at this stage), the manager said was it a manager? I said, I do not know he did not say. I was informed by the manager that only managers and team leaders? are allowed to answer the phones. The manager went on to say that there was no male person working at the drive through when I went through and she knows this because she was there at that time and I could not have spoken to a male on the phone either - basically calling me a liar without saying it to me personally. I know I spoke to a male as I have the voice recording on my phone. I know I was served by a male person through the drive through - as I was there and a male person served me - he had tattoos on his lower arm. ***Except, the female manager basically stated that none of this was true, as she was the manager on duty and there was no male serving the drive through and only managers and team leaders? can answer the phone, basically saying I did not call. (I presented my phone with the call I made to hungry jacks and it showed I talked to someone for 1min and 12seconds - she looked and still did not believe me) ***Why was this female manager not wearing a mask when talking to me? On numerous occasions I have witnessed this manager without her mask on inside and talking to workers during a Covid law stating it was mandatory. For your action. Kind regards, Kirko KK
