FEMA nightmare

In 2016 the flood Petal. Our home was condemned. My husband was handicapped, in wheel chair. We had know where to so we rented motel room, 19 days later work to find him dead. I was alone and homeless for 3 months before I got any help from FEMA. I am now over 2 years they have promised me a Katrina cottage, the cottage is sitting on lot since 2005, when Katrina hit us. I have done everything I was told. No money for rent, mobile home we owned, most of my belongings destroyed. I guess poor people doesn't matter to our government. it is now 2018 and I am homeless. What can we do but suffer the wrath of our own governmet. Somebody please let me know what I can do. Homeless, hopeless living limited income. I really think they just don't care. Never thought I would be so alone that that helping people war their JOB. I was wrong.
