SPS apparently bought my mortgage. I never had to pay a fee to process a payment online. SPS charges $15 for an online payment that is processed after the 10th of the month. I had contacted them via their 800 number and basically they said too bad. I could snail mail or make my payment by the 10th and then pay $5 for processing. I am just venting because I find them quite rude on the phone and to charge such a high fee and they basically do nothing to process my payment is wrong. User's recommendation: If you don't mind fees and rude operators, then this is the company for you.
