Dear customer service, I want to feedback some comments/complaints. I bought three items from your side a few days ago. When I paid, I said that the delivery of the items would be about when it would arrive. After a few days, I suddenly received an email saying If the package is missing or out of stock, a refund will be given to me. When I check it, it is not a full refund. As a consumer, I think this is cheating because I did not receive any items. Why is the refund not? A full refund, and if your item is out of stock, why should you release it for customers to choose?
