Hello, We recently returned from a trip to Santa Fe and used Priceline to rent a car. Our confirmation number was 0497****US0 under the name Alan Marx. Our experience was abominable. We arrived at Santa Fe and inquired at the airport regarding our reservations at Avis. We were told that our reservations were in town ( despite the fact that I had reserved the car for pick up at the airport). The agent was rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. When we arrived at the rental agency in town, they were closed. We ultimately decided to cancel our reservations the next day which also turned out to be a frustrating and arduous project. We will not be using Priceline again.
