FedEx sucks

These guys used to be number 2 logistics worldwide. Ordered an item, they tell me 8/4 delivery date by 8pm. 7pm get notified something is amiss. The package has now been traveling 97 miles for 3 days. My last item shipped through FedEx never came. Same thing. Day of delivery I get notified something went wrong. Had to re-order. Never, never buy from anyone who ships exclusively through fedex. Ever. Never, never use FedEx. User's recommendation: Never, ever use FedEx.
