Fed up of follow up on refund

Hello, this is Kirthi. I have tried calling raising tickets and also using your Whatspp service but still haven't got any proper satisfying response from your side. I regret to inform that you have failed to resolve my issues even upon constant reminders. The details of the product to Which refund is demanded are sent along this mail. Its been really long while that your assured date for refund also have crossed thrice. I have no more patience to deal with it. The same case has been repeated with two orders which i cancelled due to defect in product even upon replace and also return.
