Faulty Seam in Rugged Pants

Got some really nice rugged pants for Christmas, but the crotch blew out. A seam failure in the worse spot. I think it may be a defect. The other than that one seam, these are amazing. They have heavy duty double layer material in all the right places. I have pictures of the issue. Can I send you some images?
