Faulty or premetre.

We have had no power for a month and two weeks almost. Complained to zesco offices but no response favorable to address the problem. Complaint# 539****. New installation are being done, but replacement of their faulty meters is not. Maybe we should do apply for the new installation. We have been inconvenienced beyond. User's recommendation: That the faulty and prepaid meter should be replaced or solar options shouldbe lookedat.
