the massage gun stop working after about 5 weeks,i(we)were very pleased with this product. after several e-mails and phone calls(line always busy).i have gotten no response.it is such ashame that i am stuck with a defective product shophq and medic theraputics apprently do not care about there customers.this will be first and last purchase from these incentive people,iwill make sure the word gets out!! User's recommendation: Do not waste your money here.just go burn it.
