Paid plumber to have toilet valve fitted that I purchased from Soak, it lasted two months. Had to get plumber out again to investigate toilet problem and found new toilet valve to be faulty. Had to ask plumber to supply new part as couldn’t be without a toilet while I ordered and took delivery I’d f new part. Reported to soak after the event but they were not interested. Hoped warranty might have covered my additional labour for fitting but not a chance. AVOID
