Faulty floor rover

I hve TWO floor rovers. The first broke 3 belts (one of these belts cost $40!) And while waiting for Eureka to resolve having NO belts i bought a replacement which broke the belt on thr first use! Walmart will not take back and your horrible customer service was of zero help. Meanwhile i have 2 of your poorly made expensive useless vacuums and NO BELTS!!!!!
