Update by user May 24, 2021 To date...I still have the faulty laptop in my possession and it is like pulling teeth to get this.problem resolved. As it stands right now...I.would like ti get a FULL REFUND. Original review posted by user Apr 23, 2021 I purchased a brand new HP Laptop in October 2020 and by March 2021 it stopped working. Help 487 **** User's recommendation: Have an email address so that persons can contact HP easily from the Caribbean. I am unable to get the laptop which is in warranty to be repaired. Poor service.
