Faulty Appliance / Poor Customer Service

Bought a top of the line GE Cafe fridge and paid a pretty penny. Did not even last 10years. Not repairable. Forget warranty. It can't be repaired period. Customer Service kept dragging it along for months. Did not offer any resolution. Got lied to over and over. Nobody wants to listen their "recorded calls" where they lie and tell you one thing and then don't do anything. Stay clear. Save your money. Don't waste your energy. Watch out for Rose, she's full of it and very unprofessional! M.
