Fault on the part purchase
Dear Sir /Madam, I had very bad experience on Qoo10 Malaysia customer service due to very slow reply and I had to call and call them up on the warranty claim part.... My order No: 10251****. SAMSUNG EVO+ Memory Card 64GB Micro SD TF Card Class10 Microsd C10 UHS-1 Cards 64GB EVO ... only able to use for a week and my device unable to read this SD card.. At first, the customer service ask me to upload the video of defect part and will reply to my complaint within 2 weeks.... later I call the customer service after 2 week later, the customer service of Qoo10 mention to me that their are unable to open the video file.... I send again the video and follow by call them... and their mention to me will feedback to me again by another 2 weeks.... Today... 2 weeks later, I call them up and their give me the same answer... reply to me another 2 weeks..... what happened... almost pass 6 weeks and not able to provide reply.... What Qoo10 customer doing.... and why need customer service but cannot provide solution.... just pick up call and no work on buyer problem...
