Tried to purchase a forclosure from them. We had to submit 4 offers! everytime we would submit offer by the time they gave, the next day, they would decide to wait for other offers! we where well over asking price, but they still kept playing games! This has been going on for at least 4 weeks! today find out we didnt get it!! I dont really think Fannie Mae is there for the people! there there for the money!!!! The lady i spoke to today was very rude! and really wouldnt give me any info! we have to decided to do something about this situation. People dont deserve to be treated like this! User's recommendation: Dont deal with them!!
