I've got a couple thousand dollars in kobalt products and a few of them have stopped working within the warranty period &;;;; they give me a reference # for the non working items but can't replace the item's that are still under warranty when I bring them to Lowe's with kobalts reference # without a receipt...... What happened to their GUARANTEED NO HASSLE, NO RECEIPT, NO PROBLEM? I pay cash & dont save my receipts for 3 yrs so warranties dont apply to me
