False use of my account

This has been a terrible experience for me someone stole my credit card number and I have been trying to get a live person, and it's been one answering system after another one even asked me to register for 5 dollars to get to the next level. So I am out of hundreds of dollars and I can't get anyone to resolve the issue. I think it is set up to frustrate you, so you give up. Shame on Microsoft SMH User's recommendation: Stay away from Microsoft there is no hope in getting a live person.
