I ordered a shotgun a couple months ago that I was very happy with and wanted another one. The description on my order was 1 x Stevens 320SEC 12GA 18.5 CYL GRS. I did a search and found a number of guns with this description, but finally found one that had a picture that matched what I had ordered and received before. I placed the order for a second shotgun, but when it arrived it did not have the pistol grip. The FFL shipped it back to Bud's and the rep I spoke with said that yes the picture was wrong and they would ship me the correct gun. Today I was contacted by a very rude supervisor that told me that the mistake was my fault and they would not ship me the correct gun, and instead are going to charge me $25 for shipping and a 10% restocking fee. I just want you to know that if this is how Buds handles the mistakes with their web page that not only will I no longer be dealing with Buds but I will also be making sure that all of my friends know of your response in this transaction. Very disappointing given the reputation that Bud's had worked to have in the shooters community.
