We tried to book a Gatlinburg getaway. They sent us a confirmation e-mail without the confirmation number. I called them and they said it was sent in error because we already had 2 timeshare meeting and that is all you get in a lifetime. Yhey told me it was not there fault the sent an error email. We started this on Saturday and now we have to cancel our vacation. It was my daughters graduation present and my grandsons birthday and now itbis ruined. My phibe nunber is (423)635-4522.
