FALSE INFORMATION AND ZTE PHONE ECHO ISSUE NO FIX

PUBLIC NOTICE....I purchased a phone from AIO- location in Garland @NWHY and Saturn. I have had an echo issues shortly after I got the phone. I came in and complained to agent (Diana), and the manager (Javier) was there too. She suggested to take the battery and SIM card out to see if it fix the issue last week. I still have the problem and just paid my first month yesterday, and complained about the issue again with manager Javier. He said call some number and they will send me a phone and I can return the one I have. Well, today I called and they said I will have to send my only phone and can take 2 weeks to repair or send me another. I was pissed and went back to AIO and he now is saying: yes that is correct I will have to send my phone, can take a few days.(So, he does not know his own policy?) He also stated, he would NOT give me another phone, in exchange for a phone that does not work. Now, I have a phone that has a BAD ECHO issue (PHONE ZTE MODEL Z433). Its a basic phone, but I paid for a phone and service that still should work. The customer will have to take the loss according to their policy, so be aware that you will not get the service they advertise. I left without a solution, and I asked why would I upgrade a phone with AIO and be treated the way I was today. I have a defected phone and or service, and nothing was done to help me today. I tried to give this a chance and now I will be forced to go somewhere else, where they will provide you a phone and you can send the defected one back within 30 days. ******DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE MISS LEADING CUSTOMERS AND DO NOT HAVE A POLICY THAT SUPPORTS THE CUSTOMER. THEY GOT YOUR MONEY AND YOUR OWN YOUR OWN IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO YOUR ONLY PHONE, AND CAN NOT BE WITHOUT A PHONE FOR WEEKS. HE DID NOT CARE OR TRY TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION. SINCE THIS IS A NEW COMPANY IN TEXAS, THEY SHOULD BE AWARE THAT THIS IS TEXAS ONE BAD EXPERIENCE COULD COST MORE THAN A 25.00 PHONE!
