False holding charges

I tried to buy a ring on their website(carsons.com) but it kept saying there an error processing my credit card and to resubmit the information after I corrected the information. This went on for 6 tries and afterwards I have found out that they put a hold on my checking account for each time. I have treid for 24 hours now to get the customer service reps to send a letter to my bank telling them that there are no orders to go with the charges and the monies can be returned to my account. But the CSRs in Manilla, Phillipine dont understand what I need done and now they tell me I have to wait until Monday to talk to someone in their treasury area. I WILL NOT RECCOMMEND CARSONS.COM TO ANYONE. THEY HAVE PUT US THROUGH HELL HOLDING FREEZING OUR MONEY FOR THEIR WEBSITES ERROR!!
