Glacier Tanks has hose adapters for sale varying in several sizes. I wasn't sure about the size I needed so I based my buy off of the picture displayed, (every picture was different and seemed to correspond with the sizes) I purchased the wrong size and sent an email asking for an exchange and for them to change the picture. The NEXT day they changed the picture, but never responded to my email or called me back. I called 5 times and a week later finally talked to Mike the manager. He told me that I was pretty much *** for buying the product based on the picture and I was beat.. I would have been a customer for 10+ years, but now I will do everything I can to buy from their competitors. Side note.... (They also still have a wrong picture of their 1/2 inch adapter)
