I purchased a shoe online with a company called MiVenus, called the Tonado Premium Waterproof ankle shoe. I received a cheap, plastic product, which did not match the photo they had on their website, Mivenus.com. After reviewing the photo on their website, the boot is not the same at all. In the photo, there is a small stamp behind the right boot tie attachment. There is no stamp on the cheap boot I received. The material was cheap, and If I saw this boot at a Target, I would have guessed it cost maybe $20 or less. This is not a a $67+ value - Upon receiving and inspecting the shoes, I requested a full refund via email, and their reply was that they only exchange products - no refunds! Of course this is unacceptable to me since I don't trust that any exchange would provide successful due to their false advertising. In order to prevent others from purchasing products from this company thinking that they're getting a quality product, I'm submitting this review. Additionally, it took about 4-5 weeks to receive the shoes. Lots of excuses on their part. This company is bogus!
