Instagram ad for handmade cat beds made by women in a collective to provide a better living wage for them and "not from China" when in fact, the ad is the same from several other companies as well. Cancellation policy states within 24 hours and I cancelled at 20 hours and was advised that "sorry, dear, can't be cancelled as it has been shipped". They have an office in Montana US but head office is in China and there is NOTHING about employing women in any collective on their website. User's recommendation: Do research ALWAYS on website before ordering!! I was not very smart with this one!
