I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change 49.99. Oil, rotate tires, check fuel filter. The attendant called me to tell me my car was ready. When I got there the price was $75.00. I was told that I need extra oil. I was not asked or consulted. When I called to speak to the manager the next day, he acknowledged that we are loyal customers so he told me that he could credit me $6.00. REALLY!! It's poor customer service not to mention bait and switch. You have lost my services. My entire family gets their car services from you. But not anymore.
