False accident report, unresponsive to requests to correct.

1

I went to trade in my car, and the dealer came back with an AutoCheck report that said my car had been in an accident recently. I was with the car on the day the accident was supposed to have happened, this car has never been in an accident. I called the DMV and confirmed that they have no record of the accident either. Can't get any response from AutoCheck or Experian. I feel like I've been accused of a crime but no one will show me evidence or even tell me what supposedly happened or where they're getting this false information from. With no evidence or ability to correct, they've wiped out value from my car. If I made false claims that somehow lowered Experians' stock value, I'd be taken to court immediately, this feels unjust.
