Fall rebate denied

I summitted a rebate for the fall rebate and it was denied . I sent your 5 different pdf files to prove that my purchase was valid. And this is my 4th set of Hankook tires I will not purchase another set of tires from you unless you resolve this issue. This is wrong in may ways the rebate supervisor does not answer my emails it seems like poor management on the rebate team. And to basically call me a liar about my tire purchase is wrong.
