I ordered the e-book and it said to go to the website to download the book so I did but they never gave me a log in. So I requested a "new" log in even though I never got an old one. There is no phone number or e-mail to contact anyone. It's been a week and I am so mad for wasting my time and money. I am disputing the charge with my credit card but that has even taken me an hour. User's recommendation: DON'T PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.
