Company I ordered from uses Aramex. I paid extra for quicker shipping and then get a dodgy email with no real company information from Aramex that they are holding my shipment ransom basically till I pay the government duty. But Canadian duty is NOT 50% of the item cost, yet that's what they charged me. Scammers! When I emailed their customer service I never even heard anything back at all.
