Fake company the migration firm

i have started the process of canada in 2016 and i have paid 2 instalments which was already 4000Aed(2000×2) when i was in dubai but the time i left dubai and started working in maldives then they replied just 2 months but after that i am not getting any reply and they were not even updating my process. Now i don't believe on them or on this company and i need my money back. And the name of the person who was taking care of my case is RAKESH And the lady who assist me is JELYN......until now i am not getting any reply.....i JUST NEED MY MONEY BACK
