I have called several times and have been a stock response: item backordered. Taurus owes me a replacement magazine for my TX-22. I sent two in April 2021. ONE replacement has been sent to me. Eventhough SERVICE says the item is out of stock, Taurus has ADVERTISED the SALE of NEW TX-22 mags....to my email address. So, Taurus has gotten NEW mags in, but has decided to SELL THEM before fulfilling warranty claims. I was about to buy my FOURTH Taurus pistol this week, a GX4, but because of POOR Warranty/Customer Service I purchased a Ruger LCP MAX instead. Taurus tries to elevate its reputation, and does well for a while, and then takes ten steps backwards. Dr. Klarberg User's recommendation: Be aware that customer service is terrible.
