Purchased MSI laptop from TigerDirect. I was a long time customer, but after they refused to help me, communicate, or talk to me about a defective laptop I will purchase from Newegg or someone else. Purchased laptop for specific purpose and it didn't arrive with the features advertised. Refused to provide RMA and told to go to MSI who sent me right back to TigerDirect. User's recommendation: Beware.
