Failure to replace wrong item shipped by mistake

Ordered ( 3 ) HXT 900 servos on order # 10231****. One of the servos was not what I ordered. Requested a replacement servo. Now they want me to go thru a RMA for an error they created, plus the cost of return shipping. The expense of all this well exceeds the servo cost $ 3.49. These people live on " Fanasty Island ". Just glad I don't own stock in this outfit. Bottom line, stay away from these folks ... no common sense, no customer service. User's recommendation: Look for an alternate source for your hobby needs even if pricing is more. We need a provider with good service.
