So much for 100% satisfaction. I returned 3 items within the appropriate time frame. Acknowledged, with "instant refund" available for reorder, CC refund promised "when items received". It's been almost 4 weeks. No response to repeated emails. Thank you for providing an 800 #, and I hope it works. User's recommendation: Avoid - significant variation in consistency of sizes.
