Failure to honor purchased extended warrant

May of 2017 we purchased a Subzero refrigerator and extended five year warranty for Pacific Sales. We were told that if survices was required to call our local store. August of 2019 we called for service from a water leak and were referred to Sub Zero who informed us that there was only a three year manufactures warranty. Sub Zero referred us to a third party service provider. We contacted Pacific Sales about the extended warranty and were told that the only solution was to refund our monies. When it got to the point of enpass and possible legal action they said that could no longer speak to us and that we would have to contact their legal department for which they refused to provide contact information.
