Failure to get our order right

My wife and I are very unhappy with the order we received recently (via Uber Eats, if that matters). Both our burgers came with mayonnaise when none was requested on either. See the accompanying photo. I get that this may have been the result of haste, but it doesn't matter how fast you get the order out if you get the order wrong. And if they're this sloppy with a simple thing like applying the correct condiments, how confident that they're observing the correct health procedures are we supposed to be? We won't be back. There are a lot of places to get a burger. User's recommendation: If you actually enjoy Red Robin's food, don't have it delivered. They can't follow very simple directions.
