Gilt would like its market to regard its offerings as high quality.I purchased Both skin care kits I purchased had major pieces missing/I have called three times. Each time I am told I will hear back in a couple of days. Weeks later I hear nothing. I do not: This is my experience: FAILURE TO ENSURE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS 1. I purchased two skin care kits from Gilt in about 4 months Both had missing items that rendered my purchase useless. Negative product quality REPEATED UNMET PROMISES TO RESOLVE ISSUE 2. Three occasions called to complain, Each time I am told that my issue will be address within three day I AM OUT OVER $100. I DO NOT HAVE THE LUXURY OF OVERLOOKING THIS/ User's recommendation: It not luxury if you what they send it not what is sold no customer service!1.
