Failed to pay refund

I placed an order for 2 TouchScreen Thermostats for over $200. I installed both that week. A few days later one of them went bad. I contacted Climate Doctors for a RMA, I received it and re-packaged the thermostat the same way it was received. Days go by and no word, so I call and talk to Michelle, she says she'll look into it and get back with me, she emails back saying she has the thermostat and asked what I wanted to do, replace or refund, I said refund, after that I never heard from her again, my emails were now being answered by Chris. So I start all over with him on the refund, he never does understand and never responds to my emails again. I will never do business with Climate Doctors again, I'm so sorry I ever trusted them with my business.
