Failed to install stove and managers at store where purchased stove continue to lie about installation. Still have NOT installed stove!

Stove purchased a month ago. The delivery men said we didn't purchase an installation kit and they didn't have one on the truck so they couldn't install $600.00 gas stove. Managers said it would be installed on 3 different occasions but they NEVER called or showed!! We would pay for the installation kit the salesperson DID NOT OFFER, but NEVER given the option. User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere...Anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!
