Failed to deliver product & refuses to respond or refund money

I placed an order for 12 applie pies for my boyfriend's birthday (he LOVES fried apple pies). I paid $24 on Paypal and received a receipt for same. I have not heard ANYTHING from this company. I have not received my order and they are refusing to respond to my voicemails, e-mails, or the dispute that I filed with Paypal. Eventually I will get my money back, after I wait another 2 weeks for a formal claim to go through. Don't waste your time with these people. Extremely poor customer service at best...thieves af worst.
