Waffle House #969, Vicksburg, MS 39180. My ticket #[protected]. 4/19/221 2:02PM. One cashier (pink hair) only and one cook. We was served our food, and had to ask for our drinks. I had to ask for mustard and mayonnaise to go on my sandwich. As we finished, we realized that my Sister never got the toast that she ordered. When I paid the bill, I told the lady that my Sister never got her toast. Her statement was" we don't charge for toast". She never said that she was sorry or anything. There were several customers complaining about not receiving certain foods, over charging. These customers were loud. The lady was not that busy. Our table was dirty when we went in and she started put our napkins down. I told her, oh please wipe our table off first. There was no trash or dishes there, but you could see that it was DIRTY!!! The plastic shield between the booths are all FILTY. We really just started to leave. I associate at Waffle Houses in Vicksburg. MS very frequently, but I will NEVER go back to #696 again. We all thought that she was a trainee. She never came back to check on any of her customers. She(pink haired lady) should not loose her job, but she does need more training and also help running the place.
