I ordered some pants on June 28th from their website; should have known something was off when I received an order confirmation email with none of my order details--item purchased, payment info, not even my order number. I had to contact them to get my order number and then proceeded on a 2 month hunt for the status of my order. They kept responding that their shipment was backed up and my item would be sent out "soon" despite just wanting to go through the refund process at this point. I ended up contacting my card company and that's when they told me they would get my order shipped out by the weekend. So is there really a delay or do you, as a company, purposefully withhold items until an escalation occurs wherein you are required to produce something? Regardless, the fact that I had to reach out to my card company and they provide no details about your order once a purchase is made is grounds for suspicion. TL;DR Shady website practices and didn't get what I ordered almost 3 months later.
