EZVIZ SECURITY CAMERA

I bought an ezviz security camera for £85 and it started to go wrong so i deleted the account & reset the camera but it wouldn't work so i rang ezviz customer service and spoke to 2 people they didn't no what i was talking about so no help at all so i did chat online he was more help but he still couldn't help me, as i had deleted the account first instead of deleting the devise first. i emailed tech support and they just did not get back to me at all so now i have a camera i cannot use because they wont reset my username and password so i can set it back up again. Any help of how i can get my username & password off the devise to reset it back up would be appreciated.
