Extremely upset with Affirm

I went to the Affirm site to place an order. I put the stuff in my shopping bag and proceeded to checkout. I got approved for my loan but my order for some reason did not go through. Yet still Affirm charged my account when I called Affirm I was told that the funds will take 7-10 days to be returned even though they saw no order was placed, I got this from the rep the supervisor Jonathan whom was very unhelpful. I am now awaiting for a manager. All I wanted was either give me back my funds or help me complete my order. Who wants to pay for services that was not received. CcCustomer User's recommendation: Poor customer service.
